It's not difficult: a cliff, some water and a good spot to find the perfect place to keep you busy all day. Between adrenaline and freedom, cliff jumping enthusiasts have plenty to keep them busy on the island of Mallorca, one of Spain's top destinations for this extreme sport.
A feast for the eyes, the youngsters string together somersaults for hours on end. “I feel like I'm flying, it's a mixture of adrenalin and stress that I love,” confides Xavier, 19, who began scouring the Costa Brava spots at the age of 5.
Although open to all, cliff jumping has only one condition (and not the least): not being afraid of heights...
